- Three Peaks Dolomites: with 110 km of slopes and unreal panoramas made for every taste and age group. The distance from us is about 10 km and can be reached perfectly by car, bus and train.
- Plan de Corones: with 119 km of slopes for young and old; perfect postcard views included. The distance from us is about 28 km and can be reached perfectly by car, bus and train.
- Cortina d'Ampezzo: with 117 km of slopes, Olympic downhill run and view of the breathtaking Dolomite scenery. The distance from us is about 30 km and can be reached perfectly by car and bus.
Winter emotions in the Dolomites. Our tips:
- Three Peaks Christmas: the unique culinary Christmas market in Dobbiaco will delight every taste bud. Traditional and regional products are cooked and sold here. Enjoy South Tyrolean specialities, sip 1-2 cups of mulled wine at the fireplace and listen to the Christmas music. Doesn't that sound excellent? Music, theatre and children's programmes are also held here. Of course we are also represented there and we are looking forward to welcoming you at the Weber-Stand.
- Skicenter Rienz: also in Dobbiaco we have a small but nice ski lift, perfect for beginners and children.
- Nordic Arena: Dobbiaco, as a venue for international world cup races, has 120 km of perfectly groomed cross-country ski runs. The Nordic Arena is the starting point for countless cross-country skiing routes such as to the Lago di Dobbiaco Lake & the Lago di Landro Lake.
- Krampus parade: the popular Krampus parade “devil show” in Dobbiaco is the oldest in South Tyrol. The approximately 600 “devils” teach the spectators to fear. But don't be afraid - the spectators are in the safely cordoned off zone. Just a little advice: make sure you are prepared for them.
- Events: top highlights are the unique Dolomiti Balloon Festival, the spectacular cross-country skiing World Cup called Tour de Ski and the traditional Cortina-Dobbiaco cross-country skiing race.
