Weber’s delicacies from the region
Our own quality meat, crispy salad & delicious organic potatoes from our fields. In the Weber Restaurant, tradition and appreciation for local products is the upmost importance. Therefore we use ingredients from our own production as far as possible. The rest is purchased from trusted regional suppliers, such as the local cheese factory or from farmers in the surrounding area. In this way we guarantee the high quality of our dishes.

The ambience
Eating in the Weber Restaurant in Dobbiaco means feeling good! Whether in our traditional rooms, our bar area with its rustic farmhouse fireplace or in the cosy tents in our guest garden - everyone is guaranteed to find something to suit their taste.
In winter we are also represented at the Three Peaks Christmas market, the unique culinary Christmas market in the historic centre of Dobbiaco, where we bring our guests into a Christmassy mood with warm drinks, traditional delicacies and farm products.
